Simon is responsible for the Marketing & Growth at Airtasker, a team comprising of data driven digital marketers, which have contributed to Airtasker growth with over 40,000 tasks posted per month and 700,000 registered members.  Simon previously headed up digital marketing at ALDI Supermarkets and Freelancer.com.

Richard Spencer is Chief Marketing Officer for Isentia (ASX:ISD) having joined the business with the acquisition of Two Social, a specialist social media agency, where he was General Manager. 

Isentia is a global leader in business intelligence, providing media intelligence, strategic Insights and content marketing solutions to a wide range of clients across 15 countries around the world, focussing on the Asia Pacific region.

As CMO, Richard is responsible for the development of the brand, the positioning of the business units and connecting the business to the clients that Isentia serves.  Richard is also a regular media commentator on a range of digital and social media issues.

Prior to founding Two Social, Richard was Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and Interactive with TMP Worldwide and has been working in marketing and digital communications roles for longer than he cares to admit.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) in Business and a postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM).

Roden is a creatively curious individual who has spent the last 5 years working in the digital industry, spanning media, digital strategy and creative. He has worked across high profile brands such as Lion Nathan, Lexus, Kellogg's and McDonalds specialising in social media with a focus on content strategy, development and amplification. Most recently heading up the social media account for Samsung Australia at Leo Burnett Sydney, Roden is now at Twitter with an appetite to produce amazing content in 140 characters or less.
